Belt Inventory

Navigate to Belts

From the Dashboard, go to Inventory > Belts.

View the Belt List

  • Belts are displayed in a table with columns such as Status, Identifier, Grit, Adhesive, Condition, and Number of Tires Ran.
  • Use the search, sort, and filter options to locate specific belts quickly.

Create a Belt

Click Create to add a new belt. Fill in the following fields:

General Information

  • Status: Current status of the belt (required).
  • Identifier: Unique identifier for the belt (required).
  • Grit: Grit rating of the belt (e.g., coarse, medium, fine).
  • Adhesive: Type of adhesive used.
  • Applied At: Date and time the belt was applied (required).
  • Condition: Current condition of the belt (e.g., New, Worn, Damaged).

Usage and Maintenance

  • # of Tires Ran: Total number of tires processed with this belt.
  • Surface Patch: Whether a surface patch has been applied.
  • Repair Status: Indicate if the belt has been repaired.
  • Cleat: Cleat used on the belt.

Viewing and Editing Belts

  • Click view on a belt in the list to view its details.
  • If you have permission, you can edit the belt’s fields.
  • All updates are logged for auditing.

Importing Belts

  1. Click Import on the Belts page.
  2. Upload a CSV file with the required columns (e.g., Identifier, Grit, Adhesive, Condition).
  3. The system validates the data and ensures uniqueness by identifier.

Deleting Belts

  • Authorized users can delete belts by clicking Delete on a belt in the list.
  • A confirmation prompt will appear before deletion.
