Wheel Inventory
Navigate to Wheels
From the Dashboard, go to Inventory > Wheels.
View the Wheel List
- Wheels are displayed in a table with columns such as Status, Description, Type, Size, and Asset Tag.
- Use the search, sort, and filter options to locate specific wheels quickly.
Create a Wheel
Click Create to add a new wheel. Fill in the following fields:
General Information
- Status: Select from available options.
- Audited At: Date and time the wheel was last audited.
- Description: General description of the
wheelwheel.
Wheel Details
- Type: Wheel
typetype. - Size:
Physical sizeSize of thewheelwheel. - Asset Tag:
UniqueAssetidentifier or tag assigned for tracking.tag. - Bolt Circle: Bolt circle measurement.
- Total Offset: Wheel offset measurement.
- Spacer Inertia: Inertia value for any attached spacers.

- Spacer 3 Inertia
Adapter
- Adapter: Identifier or description of the adapter.
- Adapter Inertia: Inertia value of the adapter.
- Bolt Length: Length of the bolts used.
- Rim Mass (kg): Mass of the wheel rim in kilograms.
Technical Specifications
- IYY:
Second momentMoment of inertia about the Y-axis. - IZZ:
Second momentMoment of inertia about the Z-axis. - CG Dist: Distance to the wheel’s center of gravity.
Viewing and Editing Wheels
- Click
viewona wheel in the list to view its details. - If you have permission, you can edit the wheel’s fields.
- All updates are logged for auditing.
Importing Wheels
- Click Import on the Wheels page.
- Upload a CSV file with the required columns (e.g., Status, Description, Type, Size, Asset Tag).
