Wheel Inventory

Navigate to Wheels

From the Dashboard, go to Inventory > Wheels.

View the Wheel List

  • Wheels are displayed in a table with columns such as Status, Description, Type, Size, and Asset Tag.
  • Use the search, sort, and filter options to locate specific wheels quickly.

Create a Wheel

Click Create to add a new wheel. Fill in the following fields:

General Information

  • Status: Select from available options.
  • Audited At: Date and time the wheel was last audited.
  • Description: General description of the wheel.

Wheel Details

  • Type: Wheel type.
  • Size: Size of the wheel.
  • Asset Tag: Asset tag.
  • Bolt Circle: Bolt circle measurement.
  • Total Offset: Wheel offset measurement.
  • Spacer Inertia: Inertia value for any attached spacers.

  • Spacer 1
  • Spacer 1 Inertia
  • Spacer 2
  • Spacer 2 Inertia
  • Spacer 3
  • Spacer 3 Inertia

Adapter

  • Adapter: Identifier or description of the adapter.
  • Adapter Inertia: Inertia value of the adapter.
  • Bolt Length: Length of the bolts used.
  • Rim Mass (kg): Mass of the wheel rim in kilograms.

Technical Specifications

  • IYY: Moment of inertia about the Y-axis.
  • IZZ: Moment of inertia about the Z-axis.
  • CG Dist: Distance to the wheel’s center of gravity.

Viewing and Editing Wheels

  • Click view on a wheel in the list to view its details.
  • If you have permission, you can edit the wheel’s fields.
  • All updates are logged for auditing.

Importing Wheels

  1. Click Import on the Wheels page.
  2. Upload a CSV file with the required columns (e.g., Status, Description, Type, Size, Asset Tag).
  3. The system validates the data and ensures uniqueness where required.

Deleting Wheels

  • Authorized users can delete wheels by clicking Delete on a wheel in the list.
  • A confirmation prompt will appear before deletion.
